Speak Note ("we", "our", "us") helps you keep simple, voice-first bookkeeping records. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Account info — email, name, and password hash you provide at sign‑up.
Bookkeeping data — transactions, invoices, customers, debts, savings, and category labels you create.
Voice & text input — audio you record and text you type, which we send to our speech and language model providers for parsing.
Optional Telegram link — your Telegram user ID, only if you choose to connect.
Technical logs — device, browser, IP, and timestamps used to keep the service secure and reliable.

2. How we use your data

To provide and operate Speak Note (recording, parsing, storing, and displaying your ledger).
To improve reliability, debug issues, and prevent fraud or abuse.
To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, billing).
We do not sell your data and do not use your bookkeeping content for advertising.

3. Sharing

We only share data with the third parties needed to run Speak Note: cloud database/storage and authentication, our AI provider (for voice-to-text and parsing), and Telegram (only if you link your account). Each provider is bound by their own privacy terms.

4. Data retention

Your data is kept as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time, which removes your bookkeeping records within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain them.

5. Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data by contacting us at support@speaknote.vip.

6. Children

Speak Note is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in‑app or by email.
